COMPACT FIXED TRAINING STAND
This replaces the earlier tall tilting/clamping stand.
Three parts; print one of each STL. Units mm; exports already lie on their flat print faces.

Base: 140 x 110 mm footprint.
Overall height: 77.1 mm; tray support surface: 75.9 mm above base bottom.
Solid CAD volume: 58.0 cm3 versus 440.8 cm3 previously (87% reduction). This is not a slicer filament estimate.

VENT FIT
Two rounded locating blades: 4.0 x 40.0 mm, 42 mm between centers.
Modeled slots are 4.4 x 40.4 mm; nominal clearance 0.2 mm per side.
Blade engagement is 1.2 mm, with a tapered lead-in.
The cradle shoulders carry the load against the underside of the tray. Blades do not extend through the tray into the battery.
Robot rests on the cradle and lifts straight off. No clamps, no pivots, no robot modifications.

ASSEMBLY HARDWARE
2 M3x20 socket bolts and 2 M3 hex nuts: upright into base.
2 M3x10 socket bolts and 2 M3 hex nuts: cradle onto upright.
Top counterbores accommodate approximately 5.5 mm diameter, 3 mm high Allen heads.
Nut pockets: 5.8 mm across flats, 2.7 mm high.
Insert the top nuts into the upright's side-access pockets before bolting the cradle on.
Insert the upright into the keyed base socket and secure both cross bolts.
Place the cradle on the upright and fit its two recessed top bolts.
Lower the robot so the two keys enter the matching underside vent slots. Both shoulders should bear evenly.
Use base fixing holes if bench retention is needed.

PRINT / FIT
Base and cradle print flat underneath; upright prints on its broad side.
Inspect slicer treatment of horizontal screw holes and nut pockets.
Verify the vent fit before forcing the printed keys into the existing tray.
Current-pose leg clearance, tray fit and closed-manifold topology were checked in CAD. Full motion sweep and physical load testing were not performed.
The robot can lift off if motion generates an upward force; this is a resting stand, not a restraint.
